The show will be promoted through the internet, postcards, posters, and newspapers. If you have a contact with a publisher working for a major magazine or newspaper that might be willing to help promote this event, let me know.

As an exhibitor, you will receive postcards to help promote this event with your key customers. To further advertise the event, we would like to encourage you to add a link to the www.remnantsofthepast.com to your personal website.

Please complete the attached contract/application (requires Acrobat Reader) and return a signed copy with your space rental fee plus a copy of your resale license no later than
September 15th, 2008.

Indoor Booths

A, B, E, J, K 9’ x 10’ $195.00
C, G, H 9’ x 12’ $225.00
F, I 9’x 15’ $250.00
L, M, N, O 12’ x 13’ $295.00

Electricity is available for Indoor Booths only. $10.00 per booth.
Table rental is available for Indoor Booths only: 8 ft. table =$10.00
6 ft. table = $8.00

Outdoor Booths

All outdoor booths are 10' x 10'. They will cost $125.00. There is one 10' x 15' booth. It has a back wall and roof over it. It will cost $175.00. If you would like a larger booth you can rent two booths. All booths must be covered in WHITE tents ONLY. Outdoor booths are located on grass to the side of the barn. Outdoor Booth renters are responsible for their own tables, tents (available for rent), and securing their merchandise on Friday night. Well...La de Da does not guarantee the security of your booth or merchandise.

Parking for our dealers only will be behind the barn.
